Ingredients:
- Cucumber: 400 grams
- Yogurt: 500 grams
- Walnut: 2 pcs.
- Garlic: 3-4 cloves
- Sunflower oil: 2-3 tablespoons
- Non-carbonated mineral water: 250-300 ml.
- Sliced dill 2-3 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
Method of preparation:
- Put the yogurt in a deep pan
- Cut the cucumber into small cubes and combine with yogurt
- Add sunflower oil
- Grind garlic, crushed walnuts, finely chopped dill
- Combine all ingredients with yogurt
- Mix well and place in refrigerator for 2-3 hours
