Focaccia.



Ingredients for the dough:


  • Wheat flour, 200 grams
  • Water 100 grams
  • Baker's yeast 10 grams
  • Salt 5 grams

Preparation:


  • Make the dough, divide into 3-4 equal pieces.
  • Form dough into balls and leave in a warm place for podpylennoy floured surface for 2 hours, covered with a linen napkin to not dry out.
  • Roll dough into 1 cm thick tortillas using a rolling pin or your hands.
  • Grease the cake Passat (pureed tomatoes) with garlic and olive oil, add black pepper.
  • Leave on for 10 minutes.

Bake to baker stone or baking sheet at 220 degrees for 5-7 minutes.

Okroshka Lithuanian.





Ingredients:



  • Kefir (young, that is not sour) - 1 liter
  • The water (cold) - 1 liter
  • Boiled beets (medium size) - 3 pcs.
  • Radish-6 pcs.
  • Cucumber (medium) - 3 pcs.
  • Boiled egg, 3 pieces.
  • Sour-4 tbsp. liter.
  • Green onion, 3 pcs.
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 1 bunch dill
  • Salt to taste.
  • Boiled potatoes, 5-6 pieces.


Preparation:



  • Grate the beets on a coarse grater
  • Slice the radishes, cucumbers, eggs, diced medium
  • Finely chop the green onions, parsley, dill.
  • Mix all the ingredients with yogurt
  • Add sour cream, water and mix well
  • Put in refrigerator for 2-3 hours


Serve with boiled potatoes.

How to cook tarator

Ingredients: 


  • Cucumber: 400 grams 
  • Yogurt: 500 grams 
  • Walnut: 2 pcs. 
  • Garlic: 3-4 cloves
  • Sunflower oil: 2-3 tablespoons 
  • Non-carbonated mineral water: 250-300 ml. 
  • Sliced dill 2-3 tablespoons 
  • Salt to taste 

Method of preparation: 


  • Put the yogurt in a deep pan 
  • Cut the cucumber into small cubes and combine with yogurt 
  • Add sunflower oil 
  • Grind garlic, crushed walnuts, finely chopped dill 
  • Combine all ingredients with yogurt 
  • Mix well and place in refrigerator for 2-3 hours
