Home bread with cranberries and pine nuts.



This delicious bread with cranberries and pine nuts.

ingredients: 


  • Wheat flour- 400 grams 
  • Rye flour- 200 grams
  • Sourdough- 300 grams
  • Water-300 grams 
  • Dried cranberries- 100 grams
  • Pine nuts- 70 grams 
  • Salt- 12 grams 

Method of preparation: 


  • Nake the dough
  • Place the dough in a baking dish and put in a warm place for proofed 
  • When the dough will increase by 2-3 times (on sourdough bread usually requires 5-6 hours), turn the oven on a baking 
  • Bake 35 minutes at 220 degrees
